Clean Your Closets: Help Needy

Please clean your closets and find gently used clothing items that can still be sold and used again. We sell these items every day of the week. Look through your kitchen cabinets and find miscellaneous items or duplicates of things like pots and pans, maybe a second coffee grinder you haven’t used in years, or a still good working waffle iron or some other small kitchen item that is still working. Clothing and small items are very popular sellers.

Remember it is “what we can sell” that we are after. Please avoid the “some poor person would want this” rationale. Trust us that if the item does not work, or is ripped or stained, some needy person can’t benefit from getting it. We have owned and operated St. Vinnie’s thrift stores in Seattle and King County since 1926. We have always sought donations to sell at our stores, putting the proceeds from our sales into our programs to help people. So thank you in advance for helping us!
