It’s time, maybe even a bit past time, to start “cleaning out your closets” to make important and valuable donations to St. Vincent de Paul. If you have two or three pieces of furniture, go to our website at svdpseattle.org and fill out a furniture donation request form. It is that simple.
Pick a date you would like your pickup from our updated list. We always need gently used big items like couches, dining room tables and chairs, lamps, end tables, pots and pans and more. Donating clothing and small household items is convenient for donors. You do not have to drive to a donation center. We will come to your residence or business and do the pick-up.
You will need to submit photos of the items for us to determine if we can take the items. We will reject anything that has scratches, tears, rips or stains. We do this to make certain the items we are picking up can be sold at our five thrift stores to help us raise funds to help neighbors who are struggling to get by and may be facing eviction.
We can’t guarantee we will take all the items, but the photos will help us determine that.
We update the pickup calendar every week. Once you fill out the form and we review that and your photos we can work with you on making a determination on whether we can accept the items and what dates are available. Please let us know if we can help you with any other information.
