Thank You, Starbucks Center

Last week, a team of Starbucks partners organized a St. Vincent de Paul “Stuff the Truck” event at Starbucks Center. Starbucks partners and other individuals from Starbucks Center businesses, like Nitze Stagen & Co. and Office Max, cleaned their closets and donated 1,940 pounds of clothing and household goods. Bright Horizons at Mermaid Lagoon also hosted a donation drive and donated their recess time to help us load the truck.  We appreciate the support of the entire community at Starbucks Center. Thank you so much for organizing this opportunity for us, hosting our truck, and filling it with donations. Goods donated to St. Vincent de Paul are sold in our five King County Thrift Stores. Sales support our Home Visits, Helpline, Food Bank, Case Management, Centro Rendu Hispanic Outreach program and other social services.
