Thank You Microsoft Volunteers

Today, we had several volunteers from Microsoft work in our Georgetown Food Bank, who helped us serve 1,357 guests from 418 households.  “Everyone Eats Today” is the motto for our Georgetown Food Bank and with generous support from volunteers like these, we are able to serve our guests with dignity and compassion.  Thank you for volunteering at St. Vincent de Paul!

If you are unable to volunteer, please consider donating to our Georgetown Food Bank or your local food bank.  We have a continuing need for non-perishable canned and dry goods! Our supplies have really been depleted this fall because of a shortage of food products everywhere. We need chili, canned meats, soups, mac-cheese, spaghetti noodles, spaghetti sauce, ramen, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, and rice. We will be happy to work with individuals, families, schools, and businesses on all kinds of drives to help us get more food.
