Starbucks Visits Again

Recently a group of volunteers from Starbucks returned to our Georgetown Food Bank for another visit. Despite being one of the busiest Food Bank days so far this month, these volunteers consistently engaged in conversation with each neighbor. At one point during these interactions, one of the volunteers integrated a cultural component in her overall approach. It was beautiful to watch people who speak different native tongues communicate with mutual understanding! In total, this volunteer group served 343 neighbors in need.
