Microsoft Volunteers Build Garden

We have been wanting to build a community garden here at St. Vincent de Paul’s Food Bank.

The vision for the garden is to grow produce, beautify the landscape, and serve as a model garden for families who want to learn how to grow their own garden.

Last week, as part of United Way’s Day of Caring, Microsoft employees built the framing for the garden.

It is late in the year, so some of the volunteers will be coming back to help us plant the garden in the spring.
