Mayor Visits SVdP

Last week, Mayor Ed Murray visited St. Vincent de Paul of Seattle/King County’s Georgetown Food Bank and Social Service Center. He toured our facilities to learn about our programs, which serve 150,000 people in King County every year.

Mayor Murray poignantly mentioned that when he was growing up, his own family was assisted by SVdP at a time of real need. Thank you for visiting St. Vincent de Paul, Mayor Murray. We look forward to working with your office as we serve our struggling neighbors.
