Calls for Help Increase in New Year!

The call volume to our Helpline increases after the holidays because families are cold, hungry and nervous about their situations. They may have difficulties paying rent, getting food for their children, paying the utility bills or having furnace problems. As cold as it has been imagine living in a house without any electricity? What if you were given an eviction notice? If you can’t help you and your children will be forced to the streets. Our Helpline gets a big uptick in calls right after the holidays. Donors like you provide essential resources and services for neighbors in need.

A gift from you of just $100 can help one family avoid eviction.

Can we count on you to provide one month of housing and resources for one, three or five families?

This time of year we always have more requests for help than we can provide assistance. Every person who calls the Helpline has a different story. We meet with them in person at their homes to ensure that they are receiving help and support. You can be confident that your donation is being used for those truly in need.

We use your donations to find solutions. This includes housing, food, clothing and job placement. In fact, last year over 120,000 people were served because of generous donations from people like you.

Please help us help struggling families!

We appreciate your support. We know every donation makes a difference in someone’s life. We make certain we get full value from each financial gift.

Thank you!
