Assumption & St. Bridget Food Donations!

This is a shout out to thank Assumption and St. Bridget Parishes and a number of committed volunteers for donating ten SUV loads of food and cash donations to the SVdP Georgetown Food Bank earlier this week. A similar shout out goes out to St. Catherine Parish and John McDermott in particular for making a cash donation to SVdP to help us buy food! This was an amazing outpouring of compassion!

Special thanks to all of you for all your great work, leadership, and support! SVdP conference/parishioners included Jen Yerkes, Margee Sigley, Mary Gurry, Barb Rush, Chris Kohl, Patty Shepard Barnes, Frank Gill, and Tracy Read. Parish leadership included Father Oliver Duggan and Carol Durbin from Assumption Parish and Father Fr. William “Bill” Heric and Michael Palmer from St. Bridget Parish.
