Opening the refrigerator to get some food is something many of us take for granted. So is running to the store to get some extra groceries. Not all of our neighbors have these luxuries. Sounds strange to call having food a luxury. But it’s true. Many of our neighbors are struggling to make ends meet. We see those families and individuals every week at our food bank in Georgetown. Last month 2,376 families and 1,184 homeless neighbors visited us to get food. Help us help our neighbors. Donate to St. Vincent de Paul.
