Summary: Collaborate with Executive Director and administrative leadership to set goals and objectives for the support, work and expansion of the Vincentian Ministry in King County; plan, organize, deliver formation opportunities and trainings. Supervises a diverse team of leaders.

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in Pastoral work or related field – Familiar with Catholic Social Teaching – Experience with group dynamics – Bilingual (Spanish) preferred-
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write correspondence of various complexities. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
Microsoft Office and various database systems
This position supervises Vincentian Support staff
